HPV and Pap Competency Training Application Form
The Central East Regional Cancer Program Cancer Screening and Prevention Team is providing Pap Test and HPV Competency Training for healthcare providers.
The intent of this workshop is to expand the number of healthcare providers that are trained to provide this valuable cancer screening to those that are eligible.

Facilitator
Dr. Nathan Roth, Central East Regional Cancer Program’s Cervical Cancer and Colposcopy Lead, facilitates this interactive training session.
Fee
The cost per training is $100pp. The session does include lunch. Payment can be made either via cash or by cheque. Cheques can be made payable to: Central East Cancer Screening & Prevention and sent to Lakeridge Health Oshawa - 1 Hospital Court, Oshawa.
Course
The training includes both a theoretical and practical component. *The practical component uses mannequins. Those that attend will receive a certificate of attendance indicating their participation.
